Growing Massively, Venezuela
In Venezuela, the goal was to grow from 150 to 300 stations in 5 years, in spite of extremely low gasoline prices.
A numerous team of collaborators was put in place to develop this massive project and being able to reach every corner of the country where gas was available.
Conventional stations were built, but also High Flow stations for buses, Compact Integrated setups for captive fleets, Special solutions for Car Manufacturers facilities, and even Mobile Pipeline solutions were delivered to increase the offer on CNG in the country.
Almost every government fleet was converted to use natural gas and at least 6 different OEM’s delivered over 50,000 CNG vehicles over 3 years. (General Motors, Toyota, Ford, Mitsubishi, Chrysler, Chery)
Increasing Efficiency, Chile
Autogasco in Chile, required to increase operational efficiency in 10 CNG stations and over 50 LPG stations throughout Chile.
A full revamp of the maintenance strategies for upkeeping stations from Northern Chile to the station located more to the south in Punta Arenas.
It entailed electrical costs optimizations by fleet timing and equipment startup control coordination, maintenance software implementation, and automation of sales software monitoring algorithms to detect sellin vs sellout deviations. Also we optimized compression and electrical equipment for 2 new CNG stations.
From scratch to market leaders, México
The goal was to be the leader in CNG station infrastructure in a country where unprecedented regulation hurdles needed to be overcome.
This was achieved to sustain an orderly growth of the available fueling stations, going from 3 to 18 CNG stations in only 4 years, leaving the competition behind.
In parallel, a full set of Mobile Refueling units were also put in operations to successfully drive the market in new cities or increasing availability in strategic captive fleets and central bus stations.
